Sessions for couples and small groups, up to five people, are designed to meet your body exactly where it is — whether you're seeking release, play, presence, or simply curious about what it feels like to Dance underwater.

Each session is a co-created experience, guided by breath, music, and movement. With custom playlists, high-end underwater audio, and gentle facilitation, you'll explore weightlessness, rhythm, and the profound connection between water and self.

  • 2-hour personalized aquatic Dance journey
  • Guided breathwork and water safety orientation
  • Underwater sound system or headset, depending on location
  • Pool or ocean location (weather and conditions permitting)
  • All equipment provided
